Storing your spices is as simple as finding a box

Find a box lying around the house somewhere and store your spices in it. It’s that easy. Shoe box? Sure. Plastic storage container? Sure. Gadgets and shelves that cost 20 dollars that you eventually give up on ? Not for me.

The principal of this method is to see if you like it before you invest a lot of money into it.

So what did I do?

I grabbed an old storage container I wasn’t using and put spices in it. The nice thing about this method is you can pull the box out of your cabinet and have all of your spices at an easy reach while cooking.

Make labels out of paper and tape them to the top of your spices.

Color coat them and you’ll probably find the spice you need faster. Or you could do what I did for many years and just keep pulling out spices till you find the right one… It works… Eventually.

Easy. Simple. Effective.

You can use this method in any space… if you can find the right shape of box.
